Zion
Mourning air whispering over me
You were all mine seven months ago
I was denied entry
Zion
Will I see you again?
Each day of mine is closing without light
Where will I rest my head for my eternity?
You were all mine seven months ago
I was denied entry
Zion
Will I see you again?
Each day of mine is closing without light
Where will I rest my head for my eternity?

A MAN'S THOUGHT
I DECIDED TO WRITE THESE INNER THOUGHTS DOWN FROM A MAN'S PERSPECTIVE 🙏 Here I sit within this lonely room all by myself, yet I am not alone for i know he is watching over me, as I exchange my thoughts with my feelings talking to myself. Yet By myself I feel alone and abandon but i am not alone. Yet as I try to make some sense, out of my inner feelings the process, seems to want to attack me in all directions reopening old memories. For I began to feel even more alone, by myself as my thoughts get deeper with questions that I have no answers. For I never knew how much your feelings...

Unspoken
There are those times
Moments
When words have been exhausted
There's an unspoken need
That languishes between lovers
Bursting at the seams with want
Yet sitting on one's hands quietly
It's then I write you
Uncertainty waiting to hear back
Then what feels like a lifetime
You respond
Only a few words
Enough though to help me believe
It's all for something
Intimacy
Beautiful silence
An allowance to be

Watching Balls Drop
Every December 31st
I’m at home watching the ball drop
While people are celebrating, dancing and kissing
I’m under the covers intrigued with WAP
(Writing A Poem)
I was never much of a clubgoer or reveler
I’ve always been a homebody
Perhaps I should make it a goal to visit Time Square
Freeze my ass off for bit, live a little and party
I like being at home remembering the old days
When fireworks and music would fill the night
But that was the old country and now in it’s place
Is being cozy in bed snacking and...

Protège Moi
it creeps up inside
rips me to pieces
it suffocates me
estranges me
alienates me
all that once
was familiar
seems gone
it screams & it
rages i'm fading
all feels so vague
i'm lost can't see
through the fog
Les fantômes
i can't seem to
tame the desire
and devils, protect
me from what i want
rips me to pieces
it suffocates me
estranges me
alienates me

Silence
When I am silent,
I have thunder hidden inside.
~ Rumi
Noise germinates verbiage -
culturing communication
inside petri-dished moments
When distance dissipates
proximity dissolves necessity
of sound beyond breathing
Barrel-chested rhythms
replace words with innate understanding;
blood becomes a messenger
subcutaneously carrying
an antidote of silence
superior to our human language
What is...

Histamine
Histamine whispers flood the night.
Dreams swell with crimson tides.
A storm ignites beneath the skin.
Unrest cradles the soul within.
Shadows move in jagged waves.
Where fevered echoes dig their graves.
Fractured thoughts, a poisoned stream.
Drowning deep in histamine dreams.
The pulse quickens, the air grows thin.
A chaos blooms where calm had been.
Nightmares twist, a sickly gleam.
Histamine dreams, the silent scream.
Dreams swell with crimson tides.
A storm ignites beneath the skin.
Unrest cradles the soul within.
Shadows move in jagged waves.
Where fevered echoes dig their graves.

Ghosts of Stars
As long as night
Exists
We shall
Never be homeless
For this night
Is ours:
A vault
Of
Stars
Or
A starless afar
Extended
Into
Afars with ghosts of stars.
Exists
We shall
Never be homeless
For this night
Is ours:
A vault
Of
Stars
Or
A starless afar
Extended
Into
Afars with ghosts of stars.

The Scoundrel Republic
Neo-Confederate MAGA
has made it very clear
as when Chickamauga
made freedom cost quite dear.
And now we know what they want most
is to fuck some daughter,
paid for by an oligarch host...
who by ruse had got her.
Thus we learn that their culture war
is bogus on its face
when they as well want sex and more
and so to kids give chase...
to have them serve as demimonde
or courtesan of old
whose virgin trust soon forms a bond...
as sex slaves bought and sold.

Unknown
Have you ever wondered
What it would be like
If you weren’t even born
You would not even be
A dot scribbled anywhere
Or a number on anyone’s phone
Or remembered by those
Who love you or hate you
Or a name chiseled on a stone
Would they even stop
To tell you they miss you
Or is it the loss they morn
If you were a shadow
Cast on a silver wall
Or pain from a thorn
Would it make a difference
When in the end we are all
Born to live in the unknown
You can...
