Fate
Haunting my dreams
I see you every night
Relentlessly stalking
'Til the morning light
We were never meant
To ever be apart
Fate had different ideas
Untying our fetterred hearts
Days are no different
I see your face in everyone I meet
As I aimlessly wander
Through the surging streets
Wishing you beside me
Just one more time
To gaze into your eyes
To hold your hand in mine
Instead I'm carrying flowers
That I never gave
That horrible day
You were taken away

We melted into thick fog
Hand in hand
Watching the moon
Slowly rise and wane
Eyes fixed on each other
Spinning our web
Of selfish lust
Desiring to be fed
Unaware our creation
Was a poisonous parasite
And would slowly eat away

I look into the mirror.
Didn't like what i see.
I understand.....Why.
No one would value me.
I'm not very nice.
Everyone can see.
I'm only good.
When I'm not bad.
All my life .
It's been like this for me.
Craving the positive.
Finding only negative.
Being perceived .
Not good enough.
Daily I fight this persecution.
Delusion and Perspective.
That I'm something that's wrong.

Felt real bad
Couldn't carry
The overwhelming
Pressure
On my own
Anymore
So I started
Popping pills
Thought I'd feel better
But I really don't
Oh, what is there
To do?
Pop some more
Drug my brain
Until I can't think
Anymore
Oh no
There must be
Another way
To do it
But can I
Really do it?
Am I stronger
Than these thoughts?
"Don't give up"
Said she
And I'm really trying
If not for my sake
Then for yours
Couldn't carry

I met a being along the way.
Who claimed to be from a far away land.
Under who's spell. Enchanted i became.
As they toyed & danced with me.
I went along, aiming to please.
We gave each other gifts.
As you toed me along with strings i was unable to see.
Entangled i became.
Deaf to the thuth. To blind to see.
Till it was to late. You see.
You saw the end, well before me.
Planning accordingly. You severed ties.
Yet retained qualities you liked in me.
As if to sweeten the...

Unrecognizable home
The night smothered the day
And enveloped us with its madness
Driven by insecurities
And the unknown
Life has become unrecognizable
And this home, a stranger
Change is harsh
But also inevitable
Where do we go from here?

To be driven from your home

Many times I shared portions of my thoughts with you in hesitation because nobody understands
Tired of embracing this turbulence alone within a twisted mind set for destruction
The few I assume gets me only confuses me with their inquiries because nobody understands.
I'm struggling at times, quick to react at times, wrong every time and yet refuses to take time to reflect upon times.

Natural Healing
I miss the park
The dragonflies flying across
the bullrushes, and water lillies
The beautiful array
Of a myriad butterflies
My heart, beats with their every wingbeat
Trees that stretch out so high
They could sweep the clouds away
The delight of seeing the Egyptian Geese
Watching the magic of their mating dance
Wings outstretched, upon the old bowling green
And myself only ten feet away from this display
I see this, and am transfixed, and enchanted
I remember saying that
"Who needs a doctor for well being
