Your name is carved into my skin,
A prayer, a curse, I let you in.
You are the silence in my veins,
A dark refrain, a lover’s chains.
I built a bridge to leave this hell,
But every step, I fell, I fell.
The void is calling, soft and slow,
A place where only shadows grow.
Drag me down—
I won’t resist.
Break my bones
With every kiss.
The chasm waits, its mouth agape,
No hope, no end, no chance escape.
I hear your voice in empty halls,
A hymn that drips, that cracks, that calls.

unconditionally yours
in desolation, I weep inside
all my love for you
there couldn't; be another
it matters not how dark you are
I will still reach up and choose the same star
within my memories, I hold true
I'm not giving up on you
you listen to all my complaints
tears come only for you
don't say goodbye
you've done your best with my mind
listening to internal chatter must drain you
when do you rest?
I must confess my thoughts don't stop
suffering is a part of us
my heart aches when yours does
I am so insensitive ...
