Fragile souls remain terrified here
In a world that spits them out
While the reason isn't quite clear
Growing numb with serious doubt
Compromise thrown off the table
When greed is in constant play
Force fed another curious fable
Savage beings formed from clay
Persistence fueled by acceptance
Sinners living on borrowed time
No redemption without repentance
Choreographed in old pantomime
Secret meeting behind the door
Wealthy men bonding in hatred
Carving flesh on the killing floor

An Ode to Stonehenge
In an age a long time ago was built this circle of hell
Here they stand stone next to stone, nobody knows their true power
This was a place where magicians work
On an altar they practiced their cult
With the power of words, they changed the four elements
Fire - Water - Air and Earth - defeated me and be my slave
See my hands and feel the strength - obey my might, obey my will
No one knows what it really can be, also today the legend still lives
They are only signs of a time, where other laws exist on this earth
In the south of England...

In these times of uncertainty
we seek a way to proceed
through saturated fear and grief
This juncture in history
is daunting, an experience
of crossroads and liminality—
the dying gasps of patriarchy
surrendering to a paradigm shift
still wobbly on its feet
The Age of Aquarius;
a loving agitator
against the dulling down
of Divine Feminine grace

because he feels like a prisoner
walking around in my shoes
he sulks in the background
to be sentenced so harshly
hell has nothing on being Brenda
he hates and loves me both

It's inconvenient to follow rules
when getting ahead is all that you want
and not a feeling of guilt which will haunt
like it does to morality fools
who aren't really trying if they don't cheat
or use a loophole like the lawyers do
keeping rights for just them and not for you
by twisting a law into a deceit
well covered by amendment number five
when they know that telling the truth will hurt
if perjury and proof might contravert
your testimony as more gangster jive...
and we can't have that when there's crime to do ...

let's imagine an alternate world where
Paraguay, Angola and Romania share borders.
Picture a landmass reshaped

She said she didn’t dwell too much on the past things
“Resolve the issue and move on
Time is of the essence and if you don’t work the plan
You can easily be left behind”
They’d call her a bitch, a ball buster, all those things
Behind her back
But the truth was whenever she’d flex her knowledge
To get the work done, they just didn’t like it
She has worked longer hours than anyone else
Then go home and be a mother
A teacher
A counselor
A planner
Manager
CEO
CFO
Maintenance and Operations
Therapist ...
