work In progress
sweat drips
like piss
flowing from that concrete
statue
no one knows
what it's called;
but it happens to fill
as a water feature
anywhere
a guy
with an idea and
a bucket of grout
to fill the cracks in the
tiles
finds a nine by nine space
in a park
that musky smell from
work boots
having spent a day
laboring
in a cold steel factory
which exists
because
damn, we have to make something
-anything
no one actually gives a shit ...

So when you are young
You are always pushed
one way or another
To strive and do better.
You must find your place
in this world.
And your place can't be
A miserable low-paying job
In which you might
Nevertheless be happy.
No. You must strive to be
In some lead position, pushing
And being pushed till you are
Constantly out of breath...
Physically and in your mind.
Like a car you want to push to
Reach 200 miles per hour
When you know it can't top 150.
And when Reality hits you
In the face.
You are always pushed

the slum
The slum
When I was born the manger was occupied
I got a cot at a Home run by the salvation- army
and stayed the until my step-grandmother committed suicide
by jumping out of the third-floor window, she was going
to join my grandfather
A funny thing about the window it kept opening up by itself
for years afterwards.
The home, the SA ran was called the slum, the flat we got
nearby, as was also the big white house belonging
to a shipping magnate, he was born in the house and was
not about to leave for a fancy building out of town....

Russian Hack of USA Gov't Agencies: WHAT DOES IT MEAN??!!
The discovery on Thursday (Dec.17,'20) that RUSSIA has hacked many of our Federal agencies is HUGE !!
Its a solid SIGN from God as to the time of RUSSIAN ATTACK upon the USA !!
I mean it points to the immediate future - some time within 2021 !!
I'm assuming that the Kremlin's goal was to tamper with our ability to launch our RETALIATORY nuclear arsenal (after a Russian "first strike").
If Russia hits us (our big cities), but we don't get to hit back (because our computers are sabotaged by this Russian hack of our gov't),
that means Russia does the "impossible" -...
Its a solid SIGN from God as to the time of RUSSIAN ATTACK upon the USA !!

How Blacks Played a KEY ROLE In The Abolition of Slavery
usually think it was all whites, and no blacks
(except for Union soldiers), that brought an end to slavery.
Not so. Blacks played a central role.
They did it in the person of Dred Scott.
His lawsuit went all the way to the Supreme Court.
Chief Justice Taney. totally ruled against Dred Scott having any rights whatsoever.
Taney struck down the 3 compromises that Congress had put together over the previous three decades.
Taney ruled that slaves are property, pure and simple.
And since property is legal everywhere,
owning slaves is legal...

the tapered
It started with great ambition six lanes motorway
after some time it narrowed and became a 4 line.
That didn´t last it got narrower two lines will do.
then on the road with a line in the middle and that was
OK as well til the asphalt disappeared driving on grit
causes many punctures.
A track, get off an walk to reach the blue mountain-
when getting there, it was slippery and cold.
There must be another mountain that fits the dream.
The highway was optimist youth pointing out stars
not seeing the road got narrower, and...

1st Corinthians. 11.7 says, "Woman is the glory of the Man. "
WHAT is Paul the apostle talking about??!!
Well, we know that Paul had been stoned to death in Lystra(Acts 14.19-20).
His disciples prayed over him, and he rose up.
So it was a "temporary death experience,"
now called a NDE, "near-death experience."
But if Paul was dead, "near-death" would be not good enuff !!
Anyway, Paul saw things in heaven that it wasn't lawful for him to talk about(2 Cor. 12.2-4).
Now this business about "Woman is the Glory of Man" may touch on THAT !!
