Thank You
He was told by a friend that his ex-wife is dying of cancer
She had less then a month to live
His hatred & animosity towards her was put to the side
They were together for years
Early on they were happy
Everything was golden
Trust and addiction was a big problem for him
They eventually divorced
They couldn't stand to look at one another
They sold the home
He moved to the next county over
She stayed local
For years they had no contact with one another
One of their friends kept in contact with the two of them
They swore...

THE DARK SIDE
What does it mean to be trapped, inside a world 🌎 that you have no idea how you got there? Within this very space that is unfamiliar to you. YET there you are trapped, into this very remote world of nothing but darkness. 🤔 I know I haven't spoken on this subject in awhile, but I felt it very necessary to put it in it's right prospective. Maybe shine
some light on this message of mental health, which affects some of us in different ways. For sure there are those of us who suffer, just trying to make sense of it 😔 when we have good days and bad nights. Yet still...

Porno Holocaust
I met a young girl with a face of a leper
as I browsed some travel books at the local store down on the lower east side
I heard her mother was raped on a bed of nails
she was known as a pillow biter
her bruises were covered with makeup
she wanted revenge
someone took a photograph of the rape
one of the men was in the lower left of the photograph
she described the rape as a porno holocaust
it was a gang bang
one of the men were discovered in a steam bath
this wasn't his first time
he was having an orgy with another man, claiming they...

DARK DESERT HIGH NOON (around 1988-(?); in my tiny garage apartment; Leucadia, California)
how many more tiny rooms
must i move to and live in
before i can move and live no more
how many more small rooms
boxes
and cramped dusty spaces
await to further contain me ahead
like these bits of residual dust from my past
still trapped inside all these cardboard moving boxes stacked up unopened in a tight corner behind me which hold so many scattered good memories artifacts broken kept pieces ...

I want to introduce you to my girlfriend
Your disease brought me closer to a decision
I know now who my true love is
It still isn't you
While your laying there, let me introduce you to my true love
Here she is
Look at her
Young, spry and gorgeous
You use to be special many many years ago
Now your laying here, given a few days to live
You did nothing all your life to help yourself
You should have given me my divorce when you still had the energy, years ago
You can't even lift your head up
See you at your funeral
I know now who my true love is
It still isn't you
While your laying there, let me introduce you to my true love
Here she is

YOU HAVE TO KEEP ON PUSHING
From the deepness of my own life to the very, trials and tribulation, that I had to and still have to deal with in this life. I've learned to take it one day at a time.⌚ For no matter what I have to go through, there are yet somethings that will change me, in ways that I couldn't even imagine. But yet as we exchange the deepness of our own thoughts, that journey and travel and walk will seem like the longest walk, I've done in my lifetime. But yet I must understand that there, will be challenges that will test my strength, and my courage to go through the process of the hurt and pain...

From Beyond (part 1)
A day before my mother died on the operating table, I had this dream
I was in a ditch
I was digging with some other men
My mother comes up to me
She is happy & smiling
She tells me everything is going to be ok
She wants me to pick out a coffin for her
The last thing I remember is that she told me that she loves me & that I will be seeing her in a few weeks
When I woke up, I tried gathering my thoughts from this dream I had
I immediately called my parents house
No answer
I tried their cell phones
Still no answer
An hour...

No answer

The Empty Church
I broke bread with the Devil
sprawled drunk across a pew
ground my teeth with red eyes shut
an unclean heart trapped in barbed wire
pounding like a childless drum
I cursed the saints
spat blood and waited
for the fiery beat of redemption
for the Holy Spirit to swallow
every puny human crumb
In Mother's last years
when she could no longer see
or think
her quality of life
delivered on a spoon
after we'd sing:
'Life is Just a bowl of Cherries' ...

The Plague that is Mankind
Humans shuffling past me like corpses to stupid to die
Their clothes hold their guts in
Fear holds in the rest
Running like rats
Scurrying through waste paper and filth to their holes before the sun goes down
They have umbilical cords of sewage wrapped around their throats
Choking on life, nursing their wounds
They'll tell you that they're loving every minute of it
Just like prisoners come to love their captors
Just like roaches in a roach motel
Tasting the poison, telling you it's wine
Their clothes hold their guts in
Fear holds in the rest
Running like rats
Scurrying through waste paper and filth to their holes before the sun goes down
They have umbilical cords of sewage wrapped around their throats

Be Healthy, Avoid GMO's
Take my order while you serve me
I don't like you or this food
How I got here, Not to sure
One bad trip, unlocked this door
I'm not feeling so fine
My stomach is cursed,
I committed a crime
Take me to that place where the elephants flew
Dolphins walked, swimming kangaroo's
I wouldn't mind if they all spoke to me
Maybe like playing charades
Sharks burrowing in trees
I've visited this place a few times in the last week
I needed a passport to meet with myself
He didn't understand me, I don't speak...
