Suicide Is Not Selfish
Josh told me that 4 months before January that he was in the mental hospital for wanting to kill himself. And while sometimes I still worry if he's even still alive, I wouldn't blame him. I wouldn't be mad at him for wanting to die. His dad fucked him, and a girl harassed him last year. Give him a break, world.
Robert, my friend I met up with at the mall yesterday, told me he's not ready to kill himself yet. And although it would kill me if he died, I wouldn't be mad. I know how much he suffered from his mom's narcissistic abuse.
Wesley, another guy friend who I know,...

INFERNAL HEARTBREAK AND MORDANT TEARS
This Christmas chills
A cold fire in my bones
Her gasping words
Damn like an infernal song
On sodden leaves
I'm dying from this heartbreak
infernal
Black candles burn
Silent vigil 'til she wakes
Her open tomb
Invites me to the abyss
infernal
I can see her
Just as sweet as our last kiss
I would find you in the abyss
For one last kiss
I taste the air
I almost taste red wine and
infernal
Clove cigarettes
That lingered on her lips, goddamn
This lonely knight ...

Damn like an infernal song

I'm dying from this heartbreak

Nude Sunbather Massacre
Linda was sunbathing outside naked.
That's before she saw Mark with daggers.
She screamed before he slashed.

Rest In Peace, Hazel V
One year ago tonight, I had to watch as your life came to an end.
It was sad to witness your demise and I felt so much pain within.
You died in 2023 on the 9th of December.
You'll be a dog who I'll always remember.
When I saw you die, it was sad to know that you would have no tomorrow.
Each and every person who has lost a dog can understand my sorrow.
Last year, you didn't live long enough to see Christmas arrive.
Rest In Peace, Hazel, I certainly am sorry that you didn't survive.

Before It's Too Late
Before her lungs, utter their last....
Before the end's rugged shadow, too near, is cast.
Before long life's, abated, only too fast.
Before my dearest, love sick quote
Before reality levees it's antidote
Before death's once, & all deciding vote
Before times unwavering slumber
Before the weights of measure, all of me, encumber
Before assured fate rallies my number
Before the blessed ease, awaits
Before the illicit graze of fate
Before certainty is too late
Before the end's rugged shadow, too near, is cast.

The sun was high when you were called
to your final work;
the flame spiral reaching the center of its journey and
- releasing -
Tonight,
when the Sonoran coyotes gather in the liminal
light of dusk, they will sing the names of the dead
with their eyes full of stars and their mouths full of blooms.
This time,
you will be among them - as something new.
As name, as spirit, as coyote yourself
flowing into sacred song.
As for we who remain - our hearts,
heavy with the grief that is unhomed Love,

Fallen empires
Ambient breeze.
Caressing dead eroded figures.
Gently hewn impressions jest knowingly.
Laughing madly now only pitied.
Quieted remaining stagnant.
Tired useless vessels.
Weathered xylography.
Yesterday's zeitgeist.

Grief
I almost forgot that you were gone until I woke up and realized that I was now grown.
Your face, smile, all of your features were there.
I would’ve bet my life on that.
And there I was nothin but a child again racing to give you the biggest hug that I could make.
I would have never imagined that I would be sitting here dumbfounded.
Lead not to our own understanding, those are the words those men wrote in the Bible as they went about their day, reciting potential scriptures that they wanted to include in the Bible.
God doesn’t make any mistakes are the words...

Into the Light
Bleeding internally
Legs go numb
Hurting inside
Your face trying to hide the pain
You kiss my cheek
as if to say it's okay
My end is here
I'm on my way
I feel you slipping away
As I hold you tight
I feel you slipping away
As you descend into the night
In a single day
The sunshine turned to rain
Happiness turned to mourning
As you were released from all your pain
I felt you slip away
Crossing the bridge to the other side
I felt you slip away
As you ascend into the light
Legs go numb
Hurting inside
Your face trying to hide the pain
You kiss my cheek
as if to say it's okay
My end is here
I'm on my way

Global Deformation
Producing to stay alive
Steel and concrete
We’re slowly destroying
The outer space of our bodies
Exhausted, emptied from experiences
Rotted, leper
Organisms, hollow
Devastated by disease
Conventionally called
Civilization
Smaller and smaller
Sparks of consciousness
Deeper and deeper
Hypnosis of are so-called existence
Industry, which is destroying us
Toxic hands are tearing the flesh
Bloodshot thoughts
We are cutting with blunt steel
Of global deformation!
