Stupid Motherf**ker Apocalypse
everyone walks around like a zombie
but it is me screaming brains! brains!
where the fuck are the brains!?
seems one day became today
thinking we're too late
it's the stupid motherfucker apocalypse!
we've heard about them
even seen them around
the stupid and hateful
we didn't think much of them
laughed them off as a joke
little did we know
the stupidity was spreading
the headline read Hillary lost
a reality TV star won
oh well
what's the worst that could happen?

Co-Operation
Fucking money has been fronted and nearly all of it has been spent
But that's what it takes for no hits on your drug scent
For the fucking word to go out between all the boys in blue
Your cargo is protected and to let you slide through
Agents at the border saluted and gave me some dap
I made it all the way out of the state without one ranger trap
You might think it was surprising because I had dreads and naps
By throwing a couple bans into the pipeline and they ignore the Rasta cap
Gears had been greased troopers ignored all...

I'm still getting used to this
releasing thoughts freely & without pause
I let them blow
& the old me reaches up
tickling the back of my mind

grandpa was a master builder
building with an eye for expansion
for growth & adaptation
to support many generations
none of those short-sighted greed-blinded mansions
20 rooms for one dude
he was a man for every season
& I paid attention
as current events expose a rotten foundation
I'm reminded of his philosophy
when the integrity of a structure
is no longer sound
tear it down
don't leave it standing
causing further dangers
pay attention to the issues
& don't repeat them
construct it...
