Déjà vu

I can survive, and I can thrive. Without living in a hive.

We can change our lives, With just a little sacrifice.

Are we men or are we mice? We'll just have to roll the dice,

Risk strife, go on, gamble it, see if you can handle it.

Possibilities and choices, expanding like our voices.

Hungry for a change? It is within your range.

Things could get strange, living home on the range.

Double edge sword, just like a television cord.

You get power for an hour, then your bound to get bored.

But with all that love stored, so much to be admired and adored.

Your energy can be strong, even in the wake of all that's wrong.

Solid as a rock, consistent like a clock.

Spring forward, fall back. Sweet talking, keeping track.
