S.S. NoMorenen

Spinal frame remains stuck in mud
Vertebrate of past cheerful landless days

Soft flirting gust kept her moving
Ground of water, she felt at home

Storm of wind met Norwegian beauty
Wooed with dominance, blew her away rough

Wood woman's grain line go back far
To when Norse men rode ancestors at home

Sunken in land Ashore at sea
Buried in tide Is at peace beyond
Adrift the muck the skeletal rises
Zombie of low tide

Stabbing into this spot
The sea, la mer
Her home, her lair
Became her lair
