buried smiles seem
perfect in the darkness
until the light shines
disapproving the bliss
in the light you can see
all of the dark imperfections
all those fake smiles
are fake perfections
so why don't we try
to stay in the shadows
so nobody knows
of the small imperfections
but do we really want
to hide our true selves?
