Smile
Walk on the sunshine
That breaks you
Pretend to be fine
When it isn't true
Give what it's got
Suppressing lies
Come on give it a shot
Stick a needle in your eye
Don't flinch
Don't be scared
When your in a pinch
The burdens you bare
Show up, show true
Tragedy comes to take
All you have but you
And leave you nake
at least you are still here
That breaks you

OBSERVATIONAL POEM

Distrust
what are you hiding from me now?
A blade to carve on my skin.
I push at the thought of pain.
Pulling out the idea that I am a disgrace.
What is my mind hiding from me now?
What does my heart see that is so hard for my eyes to accept?
Others run around.
So carefree.
I sit in the shadows.
Hour after hour.
Does nobody see me?
What are they hiding from me now?
So distrustful.

Creepy crawlies up and down my spine
Running around until I can't be called fine
Slowly eating and wasting away my back
Until its turning black
And I'm stuck on the ground
Till my bones are found
They carry me away

NightMare
i feel the lost creeping up my spine
i think it is time i said goodbye
this happy face i wear, isn't mine
behind this mask, all i do is cry
i feel the love that wears me down
keeping me intact with witty lies
the joy that hides, never makes a sound
cutting all of my close ties
the lost search eagerly for the song
singing sweetly in our ears
walking for miles, going for long
trying to chase the words of fears
escape the idea of constant shadows
find a sunnier spot to stand
don't run, your life never foreshadows
when...

feel the words on your lips
as i say a final goodbye
feel the heat penetrate deep
as i stab you with soft rhymes
breathing in used breathe
as i crumple in your hand
cry your tears of time
as i catch each falling one
whisper into nothingness
as i miss the words you speak
tie me up and send me back
as i read the words you left
the letter we send back and forth
as i think of new ways
to write a simply line
that every time will take your breathe away

wish for the dead.
throw me a bone.
to catch as i die.
capture me.
tie me up.
cage me.
keep me locked up.
don't let me run away.

for a surprise.

run around! run around!
in a circle, not a square
fall down! fall down!
in the laughter we share
everyday is a fun day
no day is ever sad
every time we say
that this isn't bad
when did it stop?
i guess its not bad
i guess its not sad
they never knew the true me anyway
now i can frown
without being treated
like i'm a clown
so its better, right?
that's all that i thought
but they came back to me
they are the ones i needed
they set me free
i luv u guys!

Another Wasted Word
saying goodbye everyday
checked to make it okay
keeping emotions at bay
left with everything to say
everything but goodbye
never knowing why
with a big long sigh
I move on, looking at the sky
beaten into my soul
printed, inked in coal
its taken its toll
broken, a crack on a bowl
wash away the fear
wipe away the tear
you forget that I'm near
forgetting it year after year
I told you a lie
told you, you could fly
in the sky, with the birds so high
you jumped, I said goodbye

Loss
The loss that controls me,
that moves me,
that never leaves my side,
the loss that keeps me strong,
the loss that reminds me that i am still alive,
this loss is important
