To Rest Amongst Dreams and Stars
Dreams escape through windows,
Fluttering gently
upon soft breezes.
Carried to diamond studded skies,
to rest silently
with the stars.
Gentle waves of calm
wash over me.
Soothe my soul.
Fill my restless head with contentment.
Paint my dreams
in blues and greens.
So that I may
rest within the same skies.
Silent with stars and dreams.
