I feel like the joker
In the pack of cards
I'm not a member of
any group
I can be used as
anything
From royalty to a lowlife
Often I'm left out of
the game completely
I'm the minority
The disowned member
In a game of Families
Adapting to the cards around
me trying to fit in
And find friends in this
Sea of indifferent dislike
In the pack of cards

Great Poem! Using such a common place vehicle (card deck)to express self awareness and positional pain.

Definitely a nice piece, I especially like the way that 'Families' could refer to eaither the card houses or actual families.
