Tick Tock
"Tick tock" chimes the voice of the clock
"No more" pleads the silence of the mind
"Tick tock" says the voice of the clock
"Why won't it stop" asks caution, peeking out behind fear
"Tick tock" replies the voice of the clock
"What does it mean" inquires a curious intellect
"Tick tock" informs the voice of the clock
"When will it leave" whimpers a wisp of pain
"Tick tock" answers the voice of the clock
"Let it speak now it lays in pieces!" Scream insanity and reason, for once in tandem
"Tick tock?" Asks the voice of a broken clock
"No more" pleads the silence of the mind
