The things that are inside cannot stay there too long
Release it like a butterfly into the sky
Emotions were created like words to a song
To be open about how we feel and make it aware God only knows why

Love can last for a eternity
No matter if hate is all we get in return
To care and to understand for eyes to see
If some one's eyes can only open, we wish and we yearn

The many things in life that are left unsaid
Murmured in silence, yet they stay in our heart
Perhaps forever circling in our head
All actions in life that have occurred mentally never depart

Pain caused by people who appear to be blind
Everything they need is right there yet they never respect or take it
A lost path leading to nothing to find
For one person this cannot be understated

Selfish, rude and unkind
Why on earth are people this way?
But remember in life there is no existence of rewind
The Bitterness of disappointment is felt today

From my mind to the journey of the Internet I go
To you all this is my take on things
For some of us this is data we already know
Sharing the metaphorical burns and stings

Allowing someone in our life
Is a risk and a challenge, but needs to be done
Why would you hurt your friends with strife?
