Close your eyes
and deeply breath,
see with your heart
if your eyes don't believe...
You are not as trapped
as it seems,
only captured on paper
for your readers to set free.
Fore when they read you,
your words teleport to their imagination,
were they carry you
to new places and new stations.
So can you see?

it only seems that way,
when you look back...

This speaks to where I often feel I am. Trapped. Yet freed a bit by writing. Especially when that writing is read by others. Thank you for this.
