My Wish For The Future
My wish for the future
is to know who I am,
to be happy and eager
not stuck in a dam.
I want to be real,
let everyone know,
to care about my friends
and not about my foe.
But, I can't be real
with you holding me back,
with no way to flee
your terrible grasp.
I want you to know
I hate what you do,
but because you are me,
I hate me too.
