Preventions
Don't trust the love
That pours from your heart
It will mess with your head
And rip you apart
It will start with your insides
To the tip of your core
Then it will start to claw
Causing you pain more and more
Like the sound of song birds
In the morning haze
It will start out soft
But leave you in a daze
Then when you think
That it has stopped
It will come back
Making your heart quickly drop
You're left staggering around
Wishing for a lost hope
When suddenly you find out
What could quickly help you cope
You take the gun
The one lingering on its side
Pull it to your head
And wait for the ride
Something tells me, though
It could have been prevented...
Do not trust the love
That pours from your heart
It will mess with your head
And violently rip you apart...
That pours from your heart
It will mess with your head
And rip you apart
It will start with your insides
To the tip of your core
Then it will start to claw
Causing you pain more and more
Like the sound of song birds
In the morning haze
It will start out soft
But leave you in a daze
Then when you think
That it has stopped
It will come back
Making your heart quickly drop
You're left staggering around
Wishing for a lost hope
When suddenly you find out
What could quickly help you cope
You take the gun
The one lingering on its side
Pull it to your head
And wait for the ride
Something tells me, though
It could have been prevented...
Do not trust the love
That pours from your heart
It will mess with your head
And violently rip you apart...
