Why I leapt
It's not a fall
if you jump
Bent the rules
and broke open perception
to be the scent of life's cycle
and hear the hues of transition
to forage for precious metals
and adorn the most sought after
flesh in the intuitive universe
At ease
pointing will like a wand
creating currents that please
Each word
a manifested action
Every move
a dance in the divine
Then,
the lazy
The loss
of creative certainty
Too much
indulgence
Too much outer shell
ecstasy
and sedation
Was risen above the laws
of morality
by being honesty
work
life
love
all equaled each other
in a metaphysical mathematics
applied by being an artist
A long way back
and just shy of a Sisyphean task,
but none the less
the wind tonight assured me
I remember why I leapt
