Open eyed I seem to remember why I'm here

Hello, I'm still inside and weak
Hey, I feel like you're still here
Warm embracing arms holding me inside I'm whole
Oh I think I see the light
Please don't let me go just yet
I can feel it all I think I found myself drifting and suddenly I'm the one I chose to be
