The Defendant Pleads Guilty.

Your honour, you need to understand,
The crime I committed was at someone else's hand,
I plead mitigating circumstances, I plead insanity,
Please, don't lock me up and throw away the key.

It all started on a December day,
When she noticed that I wasn't okay.
That was her fault, I maintain,
Without that, I could have refrained.

After that, your grace,
All I could see was her angelic face.
And then I found myself falling,
Doing anything for the sake of time stalling.

See, your honour, it wasn't me,
I couldn't care less if the others see,
But she can't know it, not a chance, sir,
She can never know that I want her.

No, Judge, sir, I'm not being rude,
I can't see how I'm being misconstrued,
I'm just trying to say, I'm unimpeachable,
It's her bloody fault, for being irresistible.

No, I'm sorry, I plead the fifth.
Not saying a word, not even a lisp.
No, your Grace, don't hold me in contempt.
How can I rectify this sorry attempt?

Ok, I'll stop staring, well, maybe I'll cut down.
Hey, your honour, flip that frown.
No, I'm sorry, I'll take my oath seriously.
I'll stop perving at women, that one especially.

I'll behave, I promise, honestly.
But this is why you should throw away the key.
I'm just a youth, one that's arrogant and cocky.
To the charge of being in lust, hopelessly,
The Defendant Pleads Guilty.
