Wherever she is, Lori will be yapping comments about the DU closure. But never forget this. During an absolutely atrocious time, your kindness was overwhelming, and you to need to know this, it was acknowledged not only by my mob, but Lori's huge army of family and friends. It's a sad time to have the site go down but it's also a time of rebirth for all of us whether we like it or not.  I found DUP by accident and I've had a blast the last 12 years writing, showing my abstraction and being the law in this one horse town.  That said I've made lots of good poetry friends. Life and death sadly too...

I was honored that you asked me to write of my friendship with Lori.
She was an extraordinary woman and you were blessed to have her when you did and sadly cursed to lose her soon after.  No words Rob.
We said them and now we March on but always with remembrance in our collective hearts..

I appreciate your kind words and fervor for life and the USA.
Things are somewhat challenged here but we remain and carry torches of freedom hopefully forever more.
