On the one hand youth is glorified, on the other hand old people are not allowed to die even when they feel their life is lived and fulfilled. Doctors also feel obliged to save lives on any cost. Where is human dignity in that?

That is so true Sappho. If you have money, you'll be ok, if you don't,  then get in line for the lowest grades of food and healthcare and advice.
