Following the crowd

I can not follow the crowd, they’re going the wrong way,  
 
I can not do what they do, I can not say what they say
 
I can not see what they see, I can not hear what they hear
 
I can not laugh when they laugh, I can not fear what they fear.
 
I fear the lord, with me there’s a conviction
 
I can not do as I choose, I humble myself and I listen.
 
I’m not in a rush to fail, I choose not to hurt who I love.
 
I been through enough to know, I get through, because of him above.
 
I had to let friends go, they are not my friends  
 
We used to be , they’re relationship peacefully has end
 
What did grow, the spirit within
 
One with he, who promised revenge.
