Alone.
Nothing is real.
Not sure if that's a good thing,
Or a bad thing.
I'm naked and need a bone.
Surrounded by horny bastards.
Yet I'm alone.
I call this home.
Nothing is real.
Not sure if that's a good thing,
Or a bad thing.
I'm naked and need a bone.
Surrounded by horny bastards.
Yet I'm alone.
I call this home.

That's not good! Relaxation videos are probably the next best bet then, you know, watching & hearing waves crashing against the shore or birdsong maybe? But then you'll probably be stressing about the electricity bill, having left the TV on all night! 🤣

I love those but they never worked when I needed them. I just need a distraction.

Oh! Haha. I always question what a child really is. If you yourself is not a god, then what is a child? Or maybe, everyone is a god, and children are also gods.

Nothing is real because everything is conditioned and impermanent. However, endurance is also real for things and is my best characteristic if you need it.

42 coincidentally (?) is the answer to the ultimate question in the scifi 'Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy'....right to the heart of the matter in this one (Scorpio?)...powerful verse...L

Thank you! I've actually never seen it. The number 42 also has a lot of meaning in numerology

I was just about to add this and it was my first thought upon reading the title of the poem. I heard a commentary that the number 42 somehow represents an astrict in a computer language, and the astrict means you can put anything there, anything you want!

Oh that's interesting. In numerology it means recycling. So you get recycled back into the program. Or reincarnation!

Meet you down the mall.
You'll know me instantly by the book lying beside me on the bench.
