Dispersion
Settling in a westering blow
of mid December cold,
she gave her customary glow
so clouds could spin in gold.
Flaxen vorticals atwirl;
sylvanite of the sky;
the mother of moonbeam pearl
and the apple of my eye!
Hypnosis in the turbulence
held me in its sway,
since ensorcellment refulgence
was peace by lunar ray.
And thus I watched the vapor swarms
advance at break of day,
blending moonlight with the rainstorms...
by photon ricochet.

Dear MS,
I was so hoping you’d post a moon poem. It’s just the ticket for tonight. The moon here is like a bright shiny diamond but only you could really describe its brilliance surrounded by rain and clouds. Fab write. H🌷

I was lucky to see it at all given the weather we've been having but I've always been enchanted by the interplay in backlit turbulence 🌨️🌝🌧️

Gods dear poet.. reads & visions divine .. the transitions of a season of weather of a day .. as a a poetic shining wizard .. you flow weaving as if a meteorological physicist & a nuancing weatherman.. your intimacy to nature & it’s varifold phenomena is stunning xx

The scene was missing a castle, or maybe an old lighthouse, but otherwise it was awesome!

Hi Zazzles!
Good morning!
Hey if you love the moon as much as I do then you must be just as awesome:)
In fact, since it's still dark, I just stepped outside to look for it when I read your comment, but it's so overcast right now I couldn't even see a glow. I know it's there, though, because I track it pretty regularly with the Old Farmers Almanac.
Hey Happy winter solstice day, BTW, so things will be getting brighter for awhile:)
I'm glad to hear my poem resonated with you, since I think I'm at something like a creative impasse, so it's nice to get a positive response.
I really hope the holidays treat you like royalty, because of course they can be a bummer for some folks.
So take care, and have a Happy New Year!

Re: Re. Dispersion
Absolutely I love the moon. I love all planets. I’m always looking at the night sky. I have a balcony with no traffic in the back whatsoever yeah and I also love the open sea. I went whale watching last year for the first time. It was incredible and I’ll be going back to spring.. I gotta be honest. I really enjoy your vibe. Your reply to my response was incredible. I like you, consider yourself followed. Happy new year. Happy Christmas. Happy Easter. Happy Valentine’s Day not necessarily in that order. Lol❤️❤️❤️❤️

"Hypnosis in the turbulence

Found these lines and the entire piece pretty spellbinding.
Great work.

As much as I love a sunny day, I think the interplay of moonlight and partially cloudy skies have an aesthetic advantage.
Happy holidays! 🎉⛄
