I had such deep feelings for many poets on here. Even the ones I disconnected from. But then again I'm a bit hard to like I suppose.

Yes! This place is such a refuge. Often, I don't know what to say, so I say nothing... but so many poets here have given me courage without even knowing it. You've expressed it so wonderfully with so few words.

I’ve learned so much in the few short years I’ve been here. This dysfunctional family of ours has become more important to me than I anticipated.

Been here since 2017

Many privileges and disagreements i've experienced here over the years, even left on a few occasions, but here we all are, some remain, some have moved on to other endeavours, and some have departed from this world and their words live on in the DU halls and are cherished by us.

I admire and appreciate the positivity and hopefulness in your short poem, and of course the honesty in your notes, we can't always be everybody's cup of tea but we can show up for ourselves and perhaps somewhere along the lines shed a light for somebody else, which is a bonus in the midst of it

I’ve taken a few breaks myself even though I’ve only been here for three years. DUP has become the home I never knew I needed and I learn more about humanity from the people I interact with and meet here every day. I’ve learned valuable lessons, most often, lessons about myself.
I’m so glad Ahavati is hosting this comp. We don’t tell people often enough how much we appreciate their presence in our lives.
