The Unspoken Poetry

Sometimes,
in an exchanged glance,
A truth lies hidden
that we dare not enhance.
A smile that speaks volumes
of what we feel,
Yet words fail
to fully reveal.
For language,
however powerful it may be,
Struggles to translate
the heart's poetry.
Trapped within the confines
of our thoughts,
The words remain,
their freedom thwarted.
But in these fleeting moments,
these brief exchanges,
A window opens
to what the soul rearranges.
A gaze, a smile,
a spark in the eyes,
Unveils what the lips
could never surmise.
It is there, in these moments
of unspeakable grace,
That the soul lays bare,
vulnerable and unabashed.
For sometimes,
silence says more than a thousand words,
And in that silence,
love's song is heard.
So let these looks,
these smiles,
be our voice,
Expressing what
our hearts dare not voice.
For in these instants
of pure connection,
Lies the most beautiful
of declarations.
The unspoken poetry,
a language of the heart,
Speaks volumes
when words fail to impart.
In the silent symphony
of shared emotion,
We find the truest
form of devotion.
