The Parks and the Norris
To those we love, from far away;
Who do their best and love each other:
Let them give ear as love makes way
And may we one day call you “mother”
And may we one day call you “father”
A message:
“I know your fears, I’ve seen your tears
I’ve listened to your silent cry;
Your voice was heard, be quite assured
My love for you will never die”
For just as life is yours to carry
So too are burdens mine to bear;
The songs of angels sing your story!
Their chorus chants are what I share:
“New mercies are on the horizon
I see them so brave and so true
The love of a new day is coming
New blessings are coming to you;
We’ll go for the son of the joyous strand
And faithfulness follows my call
Let every good measure befriend thee
And let every obstacle fall!”
Who do their best and love each other:

And may we one day call you “father”
