Dead Planes and Scoured Spheres
In blackened depths, the planes drift lost
Where stars are but a ghostly gleam
Voids where ancient bounds are crossed
They haunt the edges of a dream
Cold winds of space, like whispered breath
Bemoan the fate of worlds unwound
And dusted realms of silent death
In spiraled madness wheel around
Forgotten paths through empty spheres
Unseen by gods, unknown by light
Hold echoes of primeval fears
And shadows of eternal night
No distant sun can pierce the veil
No spark dare grace the endless maw
The very stars, grown wan and frail
Are shorn by cosmic, yawning law
The planes drift on, their forms erased
Beyond the reach of mortal planes
In voids where time and thought are braced
They fall endlessly and contort in vain
Where stars are but a ghostly gleam
Voids where ancient bounds are crossed
They haunt the edges of a dream
Cold winds of space, like whispered breath
Bemoan the fate of worlds unwound
And dusted realms of silent death
In spiraled madness wheel around
Forgotten paths through empty spheres
Unseen by gods, unknown by light
Hold echoes of primeval fears
And shadows of eternal night
No distant sun can pierce the veil
No spark dare grace the endless maw
The very stars, grown wan and frail
Are shorn by cosmic, yawning law
The planes drift on, their forms erased
Beyond the reach of mortal planes
In voids where time and thought are braced
They fall endlessly and contort in vain
