Comfort Zone

The gym is out of
my comfort zone

as far as it can get
while i know fitness
can help with body

image & recovery
self love perhaps

so i dived into the
deep unknown got
a try-out session

i felt horribly lost

or where to start

so i searched for
solutions to make
it doable found me

she makes working
out fun & guides me
