The Ghosts' unshared Story

shadows breed in twilight realms
there secrets blurred within boundaries
between light and darkness
whispered unfulfilled promises

there ghosts wander listlessly
not so white but faded grey
they look for wisps of promises
made by cruel lying lovers

in spectral robes perpetually blown
by invisible wind unfelt by some
their anguished cries for redemption
are moans when heard by fleshed humans

they weave their stories
between the shining moon
and the grey oncoming morn
spectral figures sorrow torn

they live in desolation where sorrows reign
caught between the moonlight streams
leave they can't nor yet live
haunting the grounds where they once lived
