I Don't Love you
I could never love you
I know you too well
I know what you have done
I have seen the pain you have inflicted on others
You are weak and scared
You feel sorry for yourself
You think the abuse is a valid reason
Everything I have ever loved you have destroyed
My days are spent alone because you pushed everyone away
Its your fault that I have no worth
No amount of good you do will ever make a difference
It will never change how I feel about you
Maybe you can fool them but you'll never fool me
If I could give you the death you deserve, I would
Except, that would only make you happy
Happiness is not what you deserve
Suffering will be the only thing you get from me
Rotting from the inside out as a living corpse
Justice for the destruction that you have wrought
I see you for what you are and I will never love you

Thats the intent here. To shed some of the weight so that my head doesn't go under the water. Besides, Im sure you'll extend a hand if I get a bit too deep. I'd do the same for you girl because we are not alone.
D, you are so much more than this. I promise. We're all dysfunctional, and we're all assholes, and we're all beautiful in spite of it. We are more than the sum of our parts. As someone who has spent far too much of my life hating myself, I get it. I don't know you very well, but I see you (not in a creepy way) and I see you beyond your flaws and failures. I see a man who wants more.

It’s tough to find that place of balance in allowing you to express and process your own thoughts and feelings and emotions whilst holding space for that and yet at the same time, desperately wishing more for you, because that’s the human thing to do. I could also definitely echo what indie said there about seeing somebody that wants more.
Even on shitty days, remember that you’re everything. Keep that within you for a while.

I appreciate you giving me that space to express what I'm feeling and not making it a crisis. The writing is important as an outlet and I know full well that you understand that.
I suppose I want more but there is always that hesitation to set myself up for disappointment. To temper my expectations or hopes.

Thanks for dropping in and giving a read. I dont know where happiness resides within me. Been searching my whole life. Maybe some day Ill find it but I def won't be holding my breath.
