Maybe they are telling the truth. If someone promises to give another the world and the results are disappointing, the "giver" very much might have a small worldview huh? Sad lol

In all honesty some "promises" aren't worth keeping but those that are...well, WOW give me those promises. In each of your poems you make a promise of it being worth while to read, and when I do you have kept your promise. Hugs and love, O

Good point Crimsin. I too can flip flop with this idea. I think many are expecting something in return when someone is asking for an innocent favor.
