Poignant and yet a short lesson. My personal addendum as I try to keep in halfway decent shape but realize consuming caffeine has a negative effect, coconut water and bananas are becoming must haves. Love+the guitar+bananas+ coconut water

As much as I love coffee, if doesnt love me. So I give it up all the time....lol once in a while I love to have coffee with my hubster.
