Betrayed, Fey's Sorrow

she lived within the shadows
of wan moonlit nights
around her like love's lust
her sorrow lingers, dreams took flight

the  ghost named Fey
so beautiful and ethereally fair
wandering, seeking for her lover
sadly burdened with dark despair

she wandered around the walls
of the home that was once hers
she meandered with her memories
peeling back the clock's chimes

a spectral host begging for a morsel
of the love that was once hers
the embrace with the gold shackle
that held her through the years

she wandered towards the window
again she shattered into little pieces
her best friend smiling on her pillow
while her husband gave her kisses

"Poor Fey is dead my love
and all because you wanted me
tell me what poison you gave
that killed her like a flea"

hush talk no more my  dear
for I have a task for thee
to drain me of my hardened desire
give me what's between your knee

Fey screamed with rage of woman spurned
glass window shattered shocking the lovers
he plunged with his bloody wilted vine
broken glasses shut her pretty eyes

the loss of his lustful instrument
the loss of her wandering eyes
there'd be obstacle to surmount
along the way would be obstacles

like whispers of a midnight breeze
Fey sang death's dirge among the trees
for the demise of  love and birth of hatred
Fey's love story forever unended.
