I like to torture you...
So that you don't have to torture yourself.
Or at least that's the reason I need you to torture me...
I am most definitely the best at torturing myself.
Knowing exactly what self harm feels like.
In some ways it is soothing or freeing, at least in the physical sense.
The mania is a journey unto itself...
And the OCD festival with all of it's rides...
Especially the Ferris wheel and roller coaster.
OCD and Mania, not deserving but always stuck together.
And sometimes vapor can fill the cracks...
But it can also escape or fade very easily.

You make a lot of valid points.
I write these poems in characters I've invented in the Poetspeak Mind Swamp.
But there's certainly crossover from me personally.  How else would I know about self torture and self harm ??
I agree with you on how self harm in the physical sense stems the tide to live another day.  
Do we really know what our partners are thinking even when we live together ?  Are there secrets withheld that would blow minds ?
Vapor is a healer and one should take all that is available to soothe our human conditions.

Thanks for your personal insight and conclusions.  I questioned posting this one but like always I hit submit and hope the wallpaper doesn't start to peel off from too many tears ....

It's a basic need to yearn for pain that brings us pleasure. We can be masochistic (and I guess sadistic) in certain way.
