Sweet Love Story - Coffee shop, book and us
In a coffee haven, fate wove our tale,
As chance and destiny set our sail.
Both drawn to a book we deemed bleak,
An ironic twist, the fate we'd meet.
Your hand brushed mine, a tender touch,
Eyes locked in a moment, we felt so much.
A smile exchanged, a silent vow,
Binding us then, and forever now.
A dreary tome for an exam we faced,
Words we despised, yet a connection traced.
Hating to read, a shared disdain,
In that shared loathing, our unity gained.
Now, on our shelf, a treasured find,
That once-dreary book, a love entwined.
A bound souvenir, a testament of our stealth,
The jewel of our love, the source of our wealth.
