her lover (the rain)
she stood silent,
waiting,
for the storm
to shed
its raindrops,
as she began to shed
her clothing,
i watched her
completely nude
in the rain,
her open arms
inviting
each silver drop,
to confront her,
to kiss her lips,
singing to her,
their light footsteps
moved as she danced,
making her swaying breast
glisten,
still clinging to her,
tasting every inch
of her skin,
they soon were
devouring
the essence,
the very center
of what makes her
a woman.
