Euphoria.

You waltz into my mind at times and I feel you are just a whisper away from my hair and my neck and I seek to touch your lips gently as a feather just enough to feel the texture but not disrupt. I want to see your eyes as nobody has seen them before in your quiet reflective moments that I know you lay in camouflages of a tinder box of secrets. I want to be let into you on the inside to meet you not just in the flesh but I want your mind your thoughts that you would hardly speak of out loud but I know you have a depth of pockets with notes and words that only oblige the trusted few. You see I watch you from the cover of my insecurities which In all honesty have built up to just below my shoulders but my eyes rest on you with a sigh of relief . I sense a kindred spirit in the tells that only another like minded soul knows from the grass roots up to the tops of busy quiet minds .I think you are quickly becoming my favourite part of my day at a polite hello and a wink . It’s one less step out of my reclusiveness. I have a weak backbone gnarled with to much ruminating and time alone with memories they are ghosts and hold me in a quick step and its dark and it’s way to much in the past . I think though in our own ways you and I could weave inside and meet ourselves on the outside,. A jail break made for the complicated and hiding behind brick walls made in our mind’s . I wonder if yours could meet mine and climb six feet high .  What could we find in the other a sense of home with a door to a place that’s welcoming with an open fire that crackles with flames that melts away anxiety and cares snd leaves wax drops of euphoria shared .
