So you have fallen in a hole,
you dug it oh so deep.
What is that six, maybe nine,
or even ten feet deep.

You say that you want out.
You don't want to feel depression anymore.
Great! I’ll throw you a rope,
don't just let it dangle on the floor.

Grab it, start pulling yourself up!
