Eden

God did plant my seed
But in my eyes, I was a weed
Yet Eve did water me still
And handsome petals grew, this garden to fill

Adam worked my soil, through and through
Until at last I bloomed a golden hue
Mother and Father toil, day and night
To see their son-flower shining bright

Author's Note
This is a tribute poem to my parents. I have recently turned 20 years old, and a new perspective on life was granted to me. My parents work tirelessly to ensure that I am taken care of, and given the best chance at life that I can have. If not for these amazing people, I doubt I would be where I am today.

Thanks Mom and Dad
