.it was lucid dreaming like....12 hours long....and then
...I simply stayed awake most of a week....

Exhausting.

Finally got 7 hours last night.

Metoprolol suc
....gave me an overwhelming paranoia attack....

I fought back the next day with looking at beautiful patterns and sacred geometry for 4 hours
....
