Words on the page
Dare you to read them aloud.
Envelope your mind in their spell.

Memories stirred by a poet’s pen.

Night breeze through an open window
tendrils of air,
curling around exposed skin.
Vision of teasing fingertips
a lover’s caress
enveloping you body.
Rustling hair like long grass.
Sliding through gaps in your robe.
A shiver of remembered pleasure.

Warm breath on the
back of your neck.
Soft kisses follow
Hard body pressed to your back
Arms surround
Fingers tracing the path of the night air.
You whisper,
please.

Knowing fingers travelling well worn paths
of long experience.
Never tiring
of your response to my touch.
Body straining against my caresses.
So very close.

Stopping before the precipice.
I whisper my desire.
Use me for your pleasure.
