breathing in and out in slow
rhythmic pulses as they flow
on and on eternally

air keeps moving rustling leaves
on tree branches as it weaves
it's way above the ground
in this place in which I'm found

with mind relaxed and letting go

if what's outside is what's within -

wondering also whether you
