The Death of Me
The death of me,
shall fertilize the barren land.
From its rebirth shall lovely trees
come to life.
The death of me,
shall the dry river redeem its flow.
The water shall run for eternity,
and in all corners of this sphere realm
it will go.
The death of me,
shall bring back the smile,
of a sad maiden who once
thought she'd live to sulk forever.
The death of me,
shall bring back the life
of a poor soul that believed
he'd already met his tragic demise.
The death of me,
shall merit the world.
The peace we all hoped for
shall come to fruition.
The death of me,
is a dream.
I am alive.
But deep inside
I could be dying.
The death of me
could mean nothing.
But their lives
will be better
if I expire.
