Unperceptive  Demise Of Self-Respect

A lot of depth to unpack here in just a few words, so you should know that you are respected for that. Abstractions aplenty immediately upon reading, as the idea of fading silence doesn't seem possible until you learn just how loud the silence can be, and that pride can and will ultimately lead to self-defeat. I like this wording with "unrequited heartbeat"....I hadn't thought of it that way before, one heartbeat to follow the next....one day at a time. It will take some degree of self-perception and awareness to gain enough self-respect to learn that too much self-respect can be far more destructive than too little. Deep & simple, just the way I like it.
