In light of recent events, though I'm not making fun of a tragedy, the disparity between the rich and the rest of us seems to put things in perspective.

Very cleverly put. Tragedy, yes, but... it's just a whole different plane of living, I guess.

A study in human ability to will reality...
I mean, we have seen different incarnations, from
The Secret to...
So called Prosperity Gospel...
But yes...
I find myself often thinking of concepts
from that book...
The author...
I think he was considered "occult"...
However they defined it during that time...
This was during the time of seances
and early delves into hypnosis...
But the author...
He would fill up large theaters
of folks coming to hear his concepts...

which will devour them...
Which I watch and wonder...

I think those are wealthy reach a certain level of superiority because they have access to things many of us don't. It builds up the ego. I wonder if it's a brainwashing of sorts that makes them feel invisible as well.
