Like it never was
Just a black nothing
Volumes of useless words
Clog my mouth
Making it hard to breathe
This morbid mind
Slashes without mercy

You have a very powerful sense of direction to your expressions, regardless, or despite any doubt. Building up a sequence with certain variables of experience to express in format, it's easy to see you have a "collectable" mind that can "shift". Not only does it work out, but it captures how you feel, and what you intend to convey. Honestly, I can see the advantageous perception and gift that you have. "Acrid veins, corrosive senses, burning voices." I can literally equivocate a "feeling" that those "elemental" things stand for. I guess I can see how you can skip the emotional drama of someone like me, and really get to the good stuff in metaphors, heh. I know you can pack a punch with each line. Anyway, thanks for sharing.
